Investigating in room 6

We have been learning about circuits in room 6. Here we are investigating how to make a bulb light up. We then went on to investigate what would happen if we added more bulbs.

Matariki Shared Kai

Well, what a wonderful lunch we had. Our waiata sounded wonderful! Well done
We then showed our buddies how to play string games, didn't they do well.

Museum Visit

Here we are at the museum in Nelson. We have been learning to play traditional Maori games. Thanks to Nicki and Cindy for helping us. We really enjoyed the session and have been playing some of the games as part of our Matariki celebration week.

Cross Country

Well what a wonderful day for a cross country run!
All the children had a fantastic run and the training paid off. Thanks to everyone who came along to support us, we are already looking forward to our next cross country day.
